I provide counseling for Washington and Oregon state adults navigating alternative relationships, attachment wounds, complex trauma, PTSD, behavioral addiction and substance use. I specialize in working with queer, mixed race, and gender diverse people.

I support clients to locate personal meaning, accept change, and reach individual goals while using the therapy relationship to shed light on relational and ecological attachment patterns. My skills help to integrate complex trauma through nervous system informed somatic psychotherapy and mindful acceptance practices.
